This time is maintained for the whole account, after this time, any strategy will not be able to place order on this user account. Square Off in the user account will squareoff all the positions that exist in the user account. It includes the Manual positions as well. |

If multiple security questions are required for any broker then set the same answer into all questions and set that as PIN here. Eg set all security questions as usa, and set usa as PIN. |
11 | Max Profit (Optional) |
Number | If Set, then Bridge will Squareoff all the positions and stop the trading for the User when MTM crosses this value. This is useful when you want to secure the profit. If you don’t want this, then fill with Zero. If this is 0 then bridge will ignore this field. This will take all Intraday Positions in Calculation including any manual positions as well. |
Suppose you set Max Profit as 1000, then whenever MTM for all positions reaches 1000 or more, bridge will perform the squareoff action and stops further trading for this user. |
12 | Max Loss (Optional) |
Number | If Set, then Bridge will Squareoff all the positions and stop the trading for the User if your MTM is negative and goes below this. This is useful when you want to set the max loss for the whole account despite all other settings. If you don’t want this, then fill with Zero. If this is 0 then bridge will ignore this field. This will take all Intraday Positions in Calculation including any manual positions as well. |
Suppose you set Max Loss as 500, then whenever MTM for all positions reaches -500 or less then, bridge will perform the squareoff action and stops further trading for this user. |
13 | Qty on Max Loss Per Trade (Max Loss Per Trade For Quantity Calculation ) |
Tick Box | If this is Ticked and If Max Loss Per Trade is set. Then it will be used to calculate the Quantity of the Trade for selected users. If Unticked, Max Loss Per Trade will only be used to work with Trade P&L. If negative P&L gets more than max loss per trade then the bridge will exit that trade. |
This works in combination with Max Loss Per Trade. |
14 | Max Loss Per Trade (Optional) |
Number | This is a duplicate field with Symbol Mapping. However, If Set, this will take priority over Symbol Mapping value. Suppose you set Max Loss as 500 in symbol mapping but you set 400 as Max Loss Per Trade in the user account, then for this particular user 400 will be taken as Max Loss Per Trade. Now suppose symbol mapping values were 300 and this value is 400, In this case 300 will be used as max loss per trade value. In cases, You may like to set Maximum Loss Per trade for the user, especially in situations of multiple users. Different users may be having different capitals and Max Loss per trade requirements could also be different. In these cases this field comes into picture. |
How it Works If Max Loss Per Trade For Quantity Calculation Ticked and Stop loss is set or supplied with the signal, then this will be used to calculate the quantity for that trade. Example Max Loss per trade set as 500 and Stop loss was 5 then bridge will calculate the quantity as 100. Else bridge will keep checking for Trade P&L and whenever negative P&L goes below this value, the bridge will exit the order. It is important to note that Symbol Mapping applies for all users whereas this setting is specific for current users. If you don’t want this, then fill with Zero. If this is 0 then bridge will ignore this field. |
15 | Max Open Trades (Optional) |
Number | This handles the condition where you do not want to open more than a particular number of tardes. If Set, then Bridge will not take new trades until old trades are closed. |
Suppose you set Max Open Trades as 2. In this case, the bridge will stop further orders until any one of the previous orders were to exit. If you don’t want this, then fill with Zero. If this is 0 then bridge will ignore this field. |
16 | Quantity Multiplier |
Decimal | In many cases you may want to change the quantity for order placement for any user. You may want to increase / decrease the qty as per market conditions without changing in strategy or symbol mapping. In case of Multiple Users, there are chances that every user may have different capital hence their quantity should be varied accordingly. In this case you can use Qty Multiplier. |
Example : suppose your Signal Quantity calculated to 100, and Multiplier set to 2 then Bridge will placed 200 Qty order for that user. Now assume Multiplier was 0.5 then only 50 Qty order will be placed for that user. |
17 | Logged In (Read Only) |
Read only |
Bridge informs that the user was logged in successfully. It is a read only field. |
It is read only and only the bridge will internally change its status. |
18 | MTM (Read Only) |
Read Only |
Bridge Shows the MTM for the user. It is a read only field. It will show the MTM for the whole user account including any manual positions . |
